is the in-house production (audio/visual) and exclusive rigging partner at the Dayton Convention Center. Their mission is to elevate the convention center’s events with a service mindset, unparalleled agility, and technology innovations commensurate with the city’s growing reputation.

As one of the largest production companies in the country, Mills James brings a unique combination of live and virtual event production, video production, and scenic design services to convention center clientele.

Mills James is the exclusive rigging partner for show managers and exhibitors. Theatrical rigging and banner hanging carry significant liabilities for the responsible party. Any display of banners, decorations or theatrical equipment that hangs from the ceiling must be approved and hung by Mills James.

At The Flower Shoppe we offer creative and unique floral arrangements that you won't find anywhere else in Dayton. Each arrangement is custom-designed to fit your style and budget, using the freshest and most unique flowers available.

Utilities

Your Event Manager will coordinate the set up and billing for all your utilities needs such as electrical, internet, etc. Utility orders should be submitted as early as possible, but no later than 5 days prior to your event to allow for the Center to properly install your request.
