The DCC offers equipment and special services outside of the standard inclusions that come with your room rental.
Rental equipment is available within the limits of the DCC’s inventory and availability at the time of the event. It is highly advised that you contact your Event Manager as early as possible with your equipment needs as rental equipment is available within the limits of the DCC’s inventory and availability at the time of the event.
All materials and equipment furnished by the DCC shall remain the property of the DCC and shall not be removed from the premises. Equipment not returned, broken or in need of heavy cleaning will incur an additional fee. Rates, equipment availability, and/or services are subject to change without notice.
